Pecan Street Mixed Use

The Pecan Street Mixed Use project is located in the historic Main Street District of Keller, Texas, an area that’s seen rapid growth in the last decade. With burgeoning dining and nightlife scenes ushering twenty-four hour activity to the streets, the project’s developers recognized opportunity for work-share space and infill apartments. Plural’s design proposes new mixed-use structures that combine coworking and leasable office space on the ground floor with small apartments above. In both design and use, these structures harken back to historic buildings throughout the United States, which once featured a like minded division of uses, but are now rarities due to zoning restrictions.
