Plural reimagined this 1970s production house to be a sustainable forever home for a family of 5. The original home suffered from dark interior spaces and a poor floor plan configuration. We introduced a large east-facing clerestory element that brings natural light deep into the home, and adds character to the street-facing facade. Cabinetry adds much needed storage and reinforces the improved flow of the main living spaces.
